The original map had a bonus of 2 troops for Eastern Europe, and 1 troop for Indochina.
In November 2022 the command bonuses were reassessed, and it was determined that bonus for Eastern Europe should be raised from 2 to 4 troops, and the bonus for Indochina be raised from 1 to 2 troops.
Sometime around December 2022 and January 2023 the updated bonuses started taking affect for newly created games.
